## About Us

We speak two languages fluently: cutting-edge AI technology and everyday customer service. HiDesk combines IT excellence with years of industry experience. We are more than just enthusiasts – we are translators who turn high-tech into a simple, effective solution for everyday work.

Our story begins with an everyday dilemma: the phone rings, but no one answers. As callers, we were tired of being stuck in queues, but we also knew about the staffing shortage in many businesses. We realized that these routine tasks unnecessarily block valuable professionals. This conflict between service expectations and reality was our starting signal: we wanted to solve this problem, for everyone.

Today, HiDesk combines cutting-edge AI technology with human-centered design. We create the most intuitive AI reception that uses central company knowledge to reliably handle routines. We are proud to free businesses from repetitive tasks and enable customers to receive high-quality answers at any time.
