Credits

### What are credits and how do they work?

Credits are the currency for call minutes at HiDesk. 1 call minute = 60 credits. The Freelancer plan includes 6,000 credits (~100 minutes), the Business plan 60,000 credits (~1,000 minutes), and the Enterprise plan 180,000 credits (~3,000 minutes) per month. Unused credits expire at the end of the month. Billing

### What happens when I exceed my quota?

When your monthly quota is used up, each additional minute is billed at the overage rate: €0.50/min on the Freelancer plan, €0.25/min on the Business plan, and €0.20/min on the Enterprise plan. You will be notified by email when you reach 80% and 100% of your quota.

### Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated for the remainder of the month. A downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
